- Can I track my order? Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real-time.
- Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding internationally soon!
Returns & Refunds
- What's your return policy? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

- What if a product arrives damaged? Contact us immediately at support@hauseliving.org with photos. We'll replace it or issue a refund right away.
- Do you offer warranties? Most of our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Details are included with your order.

- Do I need to create an account to order? No! You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account is optional but helps you track orders and save favorites.
- Can I modify my order after placing it? If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we may be able to make changes. Email us immediately!
