30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll offer a full refund or replacement — no return shipping required on most items.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hauseliving4@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 2 business days.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, contact us and we'll ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Refund Process Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.
