Our Return Policy

At Hause Living, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as final sale products cannot be returned. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
